あしたは あたたかくなると  いいですね。I hope it will be warm tomorrow.

さむい　寒い
cold

(きょうは)  さむいですね。 It is cold (today), isn't it?

きのうは  さむかったですね。It was cold yesterday, wasn't it?

あしたは  さむくないと  いいですね。I hope it will not be cold tomorrow.
