The Japanese Film Festival in St. John's

Film Festival - November 11, 2008

         In celebration of 80 years of diplomatic relations between Japan and Canada, the Consulate General of
          of Japan at Montreal and Japan Foundation co-hosted the First Japanese Film Festival in St. John's,
          Newfoundland. Ohara Consulting organized volunteers and supported the Japanese film festival.
          After the film festival, Compusult Limited and Ohara Consulting co-hosted a cultural exchange party.

CBC TV Program, "Living Newfoundland and Labrador " interviewed me (Nami) and one of my
students about learning a second language. It aired on March 13th at 1:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
