My Students with Isobe Mochi

Isobe Mochi

It's grilled mochi with soy sauce and nori seaweed.

餅(もち)Mochi/Rice Cake

海苔(のり)Nori Seaweed
醤油(しょうゆ) soy sauce

It's very good, very sweet and salty.

It's a bit bland on the inside, but the saltiness on the outside
adds to the flavor and it's nice and chewy.

It's ;ole a fishy tauton. Very good,d0
