納豆を作りました。時間はかかります。でもとっても簡単です。
I made natto by myself. It takes time to make it, but it is very easy to do it.
材料：大豆200g、市販の納豆少し
１大豆を洗って 一晩 水につける
２インスタントポットで５０分大豆を蒸す（茹でてもいい）
３蒸した大豆に市販の納豆を少し混ぜる。
４インスタントポットで２４時間発酵させる。ヨーグルト機能を使ってね。
材料（ざいりょう）ingredients
大豆 (だいず) soybeans
市販（しはん） commercially available
洗って(あらって） wash
一晩（ひとばん） one night
水（みず）にひたすsoak in water
蒸す（むす） steam
茹でる（ゆでる） boil

少し （すこし） a little
混ぜる（まぜる） stir
24時間 （じかん） 24 hours
発酵させる（はっこうさせる）ferment
ヨーグルト機能（きのう）yogurt function
If you are not available to buy natto, I heard that mint leaves or brown rice can also ferment soybeans.
