てるてるぼうず てるぼうず あした てんき に してください。

てるてるぼうず(照る照る坊主)=A paper doll to which children pray for fine weather
てる(照る)= be fine, shine,
ぼうず(坊主)= a monk, a shaven head
あした(明日)=Tomorrow
てんき(天気)=Weather
